§ 4-01 Definitions.

(a) "Petition" shall mean a request or application for the Board of Correction ("the Board") to adopt a rule. (b) "Petitioner" shall mean the person or entity who files the petition. (c) "Rule" shall have the same meaning set forth in Section 1041(5) of the Charter.
