§ 4-120 Definitions.

(a) Terms used in this subchapter shall have the meanings specified in § 20-698 of the New York City Administrative Code. (b) Whenever used in this subchapter, the term: (1) "All populations" means every member of the species identified as an endangered or threatened species wherever such members are found. (2) "Endangered or threatened species list" or "list" means the information published by the commissioner on the department's website that references endangered or threatened species and that specifically identifies which of such species includes all populations.
