Section 406.2 – Revise the opening paragraph in Section 406.2 to read as follows: 406.2 Definitions. The definitions in this section shall apply only within this article. Section 406.2. Revise the definition of “Child Care Facility” in Section 406.2 to read as follows: Child Care Facility. A building or structure, or portion thereof, for educational, supervisory, or personal care services for more than 2 children 7 years old or less.
