§ 5-01 Scope.

These Rules and Regulations shall govern the procedures by which the public may submit petitions for rulemaking to the Comptroller pursuant to Section 1043(f) of the Charter (City Administrative Procedures Act). (Renumbered City Record 6/29/2018, eff. 7/29/2018)
