§ 5-22.1 Cogenerator Credit Form.

(a) A cogenerator credit form shall consist of a form approved by the commissioner. (b) A category I or clean on-site cogenerator shall submit a cogenerator credit form to the commissioner and to the utility within ninety (90) days of the end of the billing period for which special rebates are sought.
