§ 58-01 Purpose.

a. The purpose of the Sustainable Energy Loan Program is to assist owners of real property within New York City in making improvements to their property that save energy and utility costs. b. These rules establish eligibility criteria for loans, the terms and conditions for the collection and remittance of loan payments, reporting and filing requirements related to such loans and criteria for persons to be certified pursuant to the Program for purposes of conducting energy audits and renewable energy system feasibility studies.
