§ 67-02 Penalties.

(a) This Chapter is informational in nature and does not contain penalties. Penalties for failure to follow the rules established in this Chapter will be found in 35 RCNY Chapter 80 and 35 RCNY Chapter 58 which establish specific requirements for the Drivers ot Taxicabs and owners.
