§ 71.07 Drugs Dispensed on Prescription.

(a) A pharmacist shall maintain a file of prescriptions filled and make such file available for inspection by the Department in any matter under investigation by the Department. (b) Prescriptions shall be retained by the pharmacist for a period of at least five years after such prescriptions are filled by such pharmacist.
