§ 82-05 Licensing – Issuance of Street Hail Livery Licenses.

(a) Application for License. An Applicant for a Street Hail Livery License must file an application on the form specified by the Commission and provide all documentation required. (b) Applicants must meet requirements of Licensure. Street Hail Livery Licenses will be issued only to Applicants who meet all requirements for Licensure contained in this Chapter, including the requirements for Licensure specified in subdivision (c) of this Section for the period of time specified in that subdivision.
