(a) To establish the standards and requirements for persons applying for a grant to purchase or upfit a vehicle to be used as an Accessible Street Hail Livery. (b) To establish standards and requirements for persons who receive a grant under this Subchapter. (c) No more than $54,000,000 in grants will be issued under this Subchapter.
