No. 284 By Council Members Provenzano, Comrie, Felder, Fidler, Nelson, Sears, Stewart and Weprin (by request of the Mayor) A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the electrical code and repealing section 23 of local law 64 for the year 2001, relating to the electrical code. Be it enacted by the Council as follows: * * * [Consolidated provisions are not included in this Appendix A] * * * § 3. Section 23 of local law 64 for the year 2001, relating to the electrical code is REPEALED. § 4. This local law shall take effect on January 1, 2003 except that the commissioner of buildings may promulgate rules and take other actions for the implementation of this local law prior to such effective date.
