Sec. 1.5. Interpretation of Section Number. Reading from left to right, all digits to the left of the first decimal point shall designate the Divisions of this Code. All numbers to the right of the first decimal point and to the left of the second decimal point shall designate the section numbers within each division. All numbers to the right of the second decimal point reading from left to right, shall designate subsection numbers under each section.
