§ 49-191. - Compliance. The operation of all solid waste landfills shall comply with the standards of this Code. Failure to comply with such standards shall be grounds for the revocation of the landfill operation permit in addition to any other penalties provided by this Code. All solid waste landfills must comply with all rules and regulations of Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) Title 252, Chapter 510, Subchapter 17. (Code 1970, § 9-297; Code 1980, § 49-151; Ord.
