4-108-130 Violation - Penalty. In addition to any other penalty provided by law, any person who violates any provision of Article I of this chapter or any regulation promulgated thereunder shall be fined not less than $500.00 nor more than $1,000.00 for each offense. Every day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. (Added Coun. J. 12-9-92, p. 25465; Amend Coun. J. 5-9-12, p. 27485, § 63)
