Sec. 2-311. - Fees. The clerk is authorized to establish fees and late filing penalties for: (1) Filing of lobbyist registration statements as required by subsection 2-302(b); (2) Amending lobbyist registration statements as required by subsection 2-302(d); (3) Filing bi-monthly financial reports as required by subsection 2-303(b); The clerk shall establish a fee schedule and make said schedule available to the public online.
