§44.0341 Rat Control — Premises shall be Rat–Proof and Free of Rats It shall be unlawful for any person within the corporate limits of the City of San Diego to construct, maintain, operate, or permit to exist any building or other structure or premises wholly or partly in his possession or under his control, which is not rat–proof and free of rats in accordance with the provisions of this Article.
