.05 Issuance of Violation Notice. A. If a lead hazard is found, the Commissioner shall issue a violation notice to the owner or operator of the property. B. The Commissioner shall ensure the violation notice: (1) Identifies the lead hazard; and (2) Orders the recipient to abate the violation within 30 days of the issuance of the violation notice, unless otherwise provided by the Commissioner. C. The owner or operator shall ensure abatement is completed within the time prescribed by the Commissioner.
