§ 33-83. - Illegal cancellation; audit of records. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to cancel or solicit the cancellation of any ticket, in any manner other than as provided in this chapter. (b) For purposes of financial accountability, every record of a ticket may be audited by the City Auditor, who shall submit a report of such audit, together with a summary thereof, to the Mayor and Council.
