Sec. 17-93. - Investigation, suspension, revocation, and other sanctions. In addition to the grounds provided in chapter 32 of this Code, for investigation, revocation, suspension, or other sanction of a license, the manager of licensing and consumer protection may suspend or revoke any license under this article if the manager of licensing and consumer protection finds that there are grounds for denial as set forth in this article IV.
