Sec. 111-4. - Solid waste collection special service district. The boundaries of the solid waste collection special service district are the boundaries of Marion County, Indiana, except that territory within the corporate boundaries of the City of Lawrence, Indiana, the City of Beech Grove, Indiana, or the Town of Speedway, Indiana, is not within the solid waste collection special service district.
