Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 30-1 Definitions.

§ 30-1. - Definitions. As used in this chapter the term "officer" or "official" shall mean all officers and employees of the City in the performance of the duties of their respective offices and employment. (Code 1970, § 21-1; Code 1980, § 30-1)

Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 30-2 Aiding, abetting, counseling, etc., violators.

§ 30-2. - Aiding, abetting, counseling, etc., violators. No person shall knowingly aid, abet or assist, directly or indirectly, any other person in the commission of an offense. (Code 1970, § 21-4; Code 1980, § 30-2)
