SEC. 57.5604.13.5. MAINTENANCE OF VEHICLES. Vehicles used for the transportation of explosive materials shall be properly maintained, including brakes, headlights, warning devices, and other parts thereof. The chassis, motor, body, and all other parts of the vehicle shall be clean and free from surplus oil and grease. Gasoline tank and piping shall be secure and without leaks. Electric wiring shall be completely insulated and properly secured.
