Sec. 241-221. - Subcommittees. (a) Executive subcommittee: (1) The executive subcommittee shall be comprised of the three (3) officers of the board. (2) The executive subcommittee shall provide for continuity between meetings of the committee and may take any appropriate action as necessary. (3) To be valid as an expression of the committee, actions of the executive subcommittee must be ratified by a majority vote of the committee at its next meeting. (b) The committee may designate other subcommittees and delegate to such subcommittees such responsibilities and powers of the committee as the committee may specify. (G.O. 112, 1999, § 1)
