§ 23-30. - Enforcement. This article may be enforced by any legally authorized code-enforcement inspectors or sworn police officers, as follows: authorized OCCHD inspectors, authorized Development Services Department Inspectors, and sworn peace officers of the Oklahoma City Police Department.
