SEC. 62.57. ELEVATED SIDEWALKS - PERMITS. No person shall construct or maintain an elevated sidewalk along or in front of any premises owned or controlled by any such person without a permit therefor issued by the Board, which Board is hereby authorized to issue such permits subject to the conditions and restrictions hereinafter provided in Sections 62.58 to 62.60, inclusive.
