SEC. 57.105.7.10. BLASTING PERMITS - INSURANCE REQUIRED. Every applicant for a blasting permit shall file with the Department, evidence of general liability insurance having such dollar limits and coverage inclusions as the Department may from time to time require. All such insurance shall conform to the conditions stated on the City’s General Liability Special Endorsement form and must be approved by the Office of the City Attorney, Insurance and Bonds Section, prior to the issuance of a permit.
