SEC. 57.105.7.9.1. INSPECTIONS NOT DEEMED TO BE EMERGENCY INSPECTIONS. Inspections of business operations that normally function after 5:00 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays shall not be deemed to be emergency inspections and shall not be charged the fee specified by this section.
