9.52.080.21 - Section 904.3.5.1 Single tenant building, Added. 904.3.5.1 Single tenant building. In a single tenant building, where sprinkler monitoring is installed in accordance with 903.4.1, automatic fire-extinguishing systems shall be connected to sprinkler monitoring and a notification device (horn strobe) shall be placed in or near the space protected by the automatic fire-extinguishing system at a location approved by the AHJ.
