6.16.150 - Nameplate for attendants. The licensee of a bathhouse shall provide such bathhouse attendants granted a permit with an identification nameplate which shall contain a photograph of the bathhouse attendant and the full name and permit number assigned to the bathhouse attendant which must be worn on the front of the outermost garment at all times during the hours of operation of any establishment granted a license pursuant to this Chapter.
