§ 36-3. Penalties. Any person violating any of the provisions of this subtitle shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500 or by imprisonment for not more than 12 months, or both, for each offense.
