§ 6-2. Criminal penalties. Any person who violates a provision of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine of not more than $500 or imprisonment not exceeding 6 months or both fine and imprisonment for each offense. (Ord. 13-143.)
