14R-8-810 Energy conservation. The provisions of Section 810 of IEBC are adopted by reference with the following modification: 1. Revise Section 810.1 to read: "810.1 Minimum requirements. Level 2 alterations to existing buildings or structures are allowed without requiring the entire building or structure to comply with the energy requirements of the Chicago Energy Conservation Code. The alterations shall conform to the energy requirements of the Chicago Energy Conservation Code."
