14R-8-809 Plumbing. The provisions of Section 809 of IEBC are adopted by reference with the following modification: 1. Revise Section 809.1 to read: "809.1 Minimum fixtures. Where the occupant load of a story is increased by more than 20 percent, plumbing fixtures for the story shall be provided in quantities specified in the Chicago Plumbing Code based on the increased occupant load."
