4-4-135 Reinspection fees. Except as otherwise provided in subsection (d) of Section 4-4-060, a reinspection fee in the amount of $50.00 shall be assessed against the licensee for each necessary or appropriate inspection conducted by or caused to be conducted by the City to address code violation(s) previously identified in any inspection.
