324.20106. Level of funding; recommendation of governor. Sec. 20106. (1) The governor shall include in his or her annual budget recommendations to the legislature a recommended level of funding to provide for the activities necessary to implement this part. (2) The governor's recommendations under this section shall be accompanied by a site specific description of the extent of known or suspected environmental contamination, the recommended response activities to be undertaken, and an estimate of cost of those response activities. 1994, Act 451, Eff.
