§ 48.05 Permit Required, Exceptions. No person shall operate or hold himself out as operating a summer day camp, children's overnight camp or children's traveling summer day camp without a permit issued by the Commissioner. The fee for and the expiration date of a permit issued pursuant to this section shall be prescribed by 24 RCNY Health Code § 5.07, except that no fee shall be charged in the case of a municipal operation or a summer day camp, children's overnight camp or children's traveling summer day camp operated by a person, firm, corporation or association for charitable, philanthropic or religious purposes.
