A. Upon receipt of a proper application as provided in this chapter and payment of the established fee, the permit official shall review and process the application.
B. The permit official shall issue the registration unless he finds that the registration should be denied as provided in Section 7.15.140 of this Code, as amended.
C. The term of a registration issued under this chapter shall be renewed annually by the last day of the month in which the registration was issued, accompanied by payment of the established fee. Applications for a renewal shall be processed in the same manner as an original application.
D. In the event the permit official denies the application, the applicant shall be notified in writing as to the reason(s) for the denial, as set forth in Section 7.15.140 of this Code, as amended.
