'42.1413 Inspection Report and Hearing The Director shall prepare a written report of inspection and a copy shall be supplied or mailed to the permittee of the facility inspected. If the permittee fails to comply with the requests of the Director, the Director shall issue to the permittee a notice setting forth the acts or omissions with which the permittee is charged, and informing him or her of a right to a hearing, if requested, to show cause why the permit should not be suspended or revoked.
