Sec. 22.661. Reimbursement Payments to Officers or Employees by various Departments. Reimbursement payments to officers or employees of the City for Information Technology System services in connection with City business, and paid for by said officers or employees out of their personal funds, shall be made by the department in which the officer or employee is employed, and shall not be subject to the accounting procedure of the Department herein provided.
