Indianapolis-Marion County Revised Code § 152-101 Districts.

Sec. 152-101. - Districts. Pursuant to IC 36-3-4-2 and IC 36-3-4-3, the City-County Council consists of twenty-five (25) members which are elected from single member districts. (G.O. 61, 2011, § 1; G.O. 1, 2016, § 1; G.O. 18, 2022, §§ 1, 2)

Indianapolis-Marion County Revised Code § 152-103 Single member districts.

Sec. 152-103. - Single member districts. The county is divided into twenty-five (25) single member districts, from each of which one member shall be elected by the voters in that district. Sec. 152-104. - Precincts. The references to precincts by township and precinct numbers listed in sections 152-201 through 152-225 refers to those areas within the precinct boundaries described in the "ORDER OF THE MAYOR OF INDIANAPOLIS (AS MARION COUNTY EXECUTIVE) ESTABLISHING PRECINCTS", signed by Mayor Joseph Hogsett on January 3, 2022 and filed with the Indiana Election Division on January 4, 2022, which order and its attachments are incorporated herein by reference.
