Sec. 10-331. - Authority of the hearing officer. The hearing officer is authorized to conduct public administrative hearings and to enter orders in the manner provided by this article and to the extent authorized by Subchapter A of Chapter 214, Texas Local Government Code, and this article, or by the Fire Code.
