§67.0103 Water System — Administration The City Manager shall administer, implement and enforce the provisions of this Article. Any powers granted to or duties imposed upon the City Manager may be delegated by the City Manager to persons in the employ of the City. The City Manager shall make and enforce regulations necessary to the administration of this ordinance, and may amend the regulations as conditions require.
