Sec. 250.108. - Expiration and renewal of permits. A permit issued under this Chapter shall be renewed upon the filing of a renewal application within five working days of the expiration date unless the permit is under suspension or revocation pursuant to this Chapter or unless the permit site, during a time in which the permit expired, has been permitted to another person. (Ord. 93-1761-1390, § 1)
