Conduct of referendum The manner, conduct, and management of any referendum held under the provisions of KRS 247.6001 to 247.6035 shall be under the supervision and direction of the Commissioner of Agriculture, and any and all expenses in connection therewith shall be borne by the association conducting the referendum.
