9.08.030 - Collection of waste subject to rules and regulations. Any person collecting, transporting, processing or disposing of solid waste, hazardous waste or recyclables shall do so subject to the ordinances, rules and regulations of the City, the Southern Nevada Health District, the State of Nevada and the Federal Government.
