4-376-020 Violations - Discipline. Violations of this chapter shall be subject to the enforcement procedures and remedies specified in Chapter 14A-3. Persons licensed under this chapter may have their permit privileges suspended in accordance with Section 14A-3-304, or their license suspended or revoked in accordance with Section 14A-3-305.
