SEC. 97.0108. DEPARTMENT - REVOCATION OF LICENSE. The Department shall have the right and authority to revoke any license issued by the Department for violating any provisions of this Code. Any revocation shall be in accordance with the provisions of Article 8, Chapter IX of the LAMC. (Amended by Ord. No. 185,587, Eff. 7/16/18.)
