§ 4-11-27 - PERMIT EXPIRATION; RENEWAL. (A) A permit issued under this chapter expires one year after the date it is issued. (B) A permit holder shall file an application for permit renewal not sooner than the 90th day and not later than the 45th day before the permit expires.
