18-29-1203.2.1 Separate facilities. For nonprivate swimming pools to be used by both sexes, bather preparation facilities shall be divided into separate areas designated for each sex. Exception: Single-user toilet rooms and single-user bathing rooms may be provided in accordance with Section 18-29-403.1.3. (Added Coun. J. 10-14-21, p. 37722, Art. XII, §1)
