35.804. Veterans' funeral expenses; payment by county. Sec. 4. All expenses incurred in such burial as provided in this act, shall be audited and paid by the board of supervisors, or board of county auditors in counties having a board of county auditors, the same as other legal charges against the county. 1911, Act 235, Eff.
